The One Prayer God Always Answers

How can you hear God and access the blessings He has planned for you? There are many times where the Bible talks about being blessed by God and it even mentions getting ‘double blessing,’ which we see in 2 Kings 2:9. Elisha asked Elijah for a double portion of his spirit, “Elijah said to Elisha, ‘tell me what I can do for you before I am taken away.’ And Elisha replied, ‘please let me inherit a double share of your spirit and become a great successor.’”

Some of us are asking God to please, bless my business. Bless my marriage. Bless my happiness. Bless my health. Reign double blessings upon my family and me. But the hard truth is this: God isn’t going to bless you until you do something. What we really need to be saying is ‘God, help me double my inputs so that you can bless my outputs.’

Before you ask God to bless your business, ask Him instead to bless your hard work. Before you ask God to bless your health, ask God to bless this walk or workout you’re about to go on. Before you ask God to bless your family, ask Him instead to bless your family time together. I want to challenge you to ask God where to double your investments so that He can double your results.

But what if you feel like God never answers you? What is one way you can ensure that He answers your prayers and blesses you? Sometimes there’s seasons where your prayers might get unanswered and you get no response from God, but there’s one prayer that God always answers.

There’s one prayer that God never hears anyone pray. There’s one prayer that, if God hears it, He will stop everything just to answer you. There’s one prayer that takes boldness, and that’s why I promise you that once you ask God this, you’ll get an immediate answer.

Are you ready? The prayer is this: “God, what can I do for you today?” The second He hears this, God will answer. Have the boldness and faithfulness to fulfill God’s specific task He gives you. Through this one prayer, God can grow you beyond belief. Ask God what you can do for Him today, and He will answer you and use you in miraculous ways.

If you want to pray for blessings, pray instead for God to bless your actions. If you want to hear from God and get those answered prayers, ask God today what you can do for Him. God sees blesses His good and faithful servants.
